tired... stressed. i finally officially tendered my resignation yesterday. no matter where i go... there will sure be politics when there are people around. it's soooo... tiring and yet, so necessary.

a weird incident
was at Liquids Cafe at Railway Mall ytd and we saw this 'dissatisfied' customer shouting his 'educated' head off at the counter. story was that he and his wife sat down n ordered something, and wanted to cancel the order 2 mins later. but the staff told the wife (who told the staff they wanted to cancel the order) that they had already started cooking so cannot cancel. and this man came confronting the staff at the counter... raising his voice " what kinda customer service is this?""good service is about maintaining long-term relationship with your customers! i will never come to this shop again!" "i work for RAFFLES MEDICAL GROUP and we treat our patients better" "making your customers happy should be worth more than $9.90"

personally, i don't have anything against complaining about poor customer service, but raising his voice, to make sure everyone in the cafe heard him and not giving those guys a chance to explain, he's obviously just being a snob. wat's more! after shouting and making a scene, he stormed out of the cafe, leaving his poor quiet wife, to pay the bill, well, if he's such a man, why would he leave his wife there alone in the cafe?! and the wife kinda looked embarassed... kinda makes me think if he raises his voice at his wife like this... poor thing.. so what if the guy works for raffles medical group... who treats rich customers anyway *shrug*
